Shipping & Returns:
Please allow 3-4 weeks for your item to be processed. All orders are couriered with a nominated courier company, tracking details will be provided within 2 business days from date of payment.
From receipt of tracking details, delivery time is usually between 2 – 3 business days.
Free delivery is offered on sales of over R1000 to major urban centres in South Africa.
In the event of your delivery address being outside of a major urban centre, a quote shall be provided for delivery and only on acceptance thereof shall the transaction be concluded.
By purchasing item/s on Lens Love website you agree that all fees are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
The only exception to refunds will be if for supplier reasons there is a shortage of materials used in the products such as the camera bags, in which case Lens Love will offer an alternative option or a full refund.
Please note that a number of our products are bespoke and due to different material supply there might be only a few of each of these items available at any given time.
We will constantly be adding to our beautiful bespoke range so please check back on a regular basis for more designs. All sales are final.
